1. Broker Relationship — Not a Lender

Paradise Working Capital acts exclusively as an independent commercial finance broker. Our role is to submit your application to lenders and funding partners within our network on your behalf. We do not fund loans, lines of credit, merchant cash advances, or any other financial products directly.

The lender — not Paradise Working Capital — is the party that:

• Reviews and underwrites your application
• Makes all credit and approval decisions
• Determines the final funding amount, interest rate, factor rate, fees, and repayment terms
• Disburses funds directly to your business bank account
• Enters into the legally binding funding agreement with you

The underwriter at the lender has final say on all approvals, terms, and funding amounts. Paradise Working Capital makes no representations or guarantees regarding whether your application will be approved or what terms you may receive.

2. No Guarantee of Funding

Submitting an inquiry or application through our website does not constitute a commitment to lend, an offer of credit, or a guarantee of funding. Any funding estimates displayed on our website (including calculator outputs) are for illustrative purposes only and are not binding offers. Actual funding amounts may be higher or lower than estimated.

3. Broker Compensation
